After suffering for over 1 1/2 with sciatica nerve pain I was referred to Dr Wiles from my neurology Doctor’s PA. After a year of getting epidural’s with no help the PA told me Dr Wiles would be what I need. After initial visit I felt very confident Dr Wiles could help me and assured me he could. Procedure was done October 2025 and as of today I’m pain free. Actually I was pain free right after surgery. Recovery was not bad at all and after two weeks was feeling very good with strict restrictions. After six weeks minor restrictions and recovery has been very easy. As of today no restrictions. I have my life back no more pain. Dr Wiles and his staff were wonderful. He is kind, professional and caring. Highly recommend Dr Wiles.

I had been having intermittent episodes of numbness (but no pain). My neurologist referred me to Dr Wiles. I had surgery on 2 November 24 and I couldn't ask for a better experience!

I was in debilitating pain with a bulging disc pinching my sciatic bundle and calling Dr Wiles' office was the best decision ever. I can't speak highly enough about the entire staff, from nurse practitioner to insurance team to scheduling. Once I agreed that a microdiscectomy was the right course of action (at my very first appt), they had me scheduled and on the OR table 5 days later. I walked out of that hospital pain free 2 hours after they put me under anesthesia, after WEEKS of being bed-ridden and trying to figure out what was wrong. I'm a busy Mama of 4 and small business owner and was beyond appreciative with how quickly they got me back on my feet. They recognized my very active lifestyle and skipped over the bandaids....I'm stronger and capable of even better workouts a year later than I was before I got injured!
